		<description>I see the validity of Lacy&#039;s article made only from the point of view that she had written this for TechCrunch. But I don&#039;t think that pre-fabricated freeway overpasses are really the solution, or even one of the many solutions to the issue of urban congestion in urban India. If these quick fix flyovers ever found themselves on our streets tomorrow, they&#039;d do nothing about the notion of progress in Indian society (which includes ownership of at least one car in every household), nor would it influence the Government to design better public transport models. Our cities are mushrooming outwards further faster than the Government can keep up anyway. 

Either way, we&#039;re doomed! :)</description>
