		<description>I&#039;ve no clue why the morons running the indian cities have this obsession that low cities are good and skyscrapers are bad! Their arguments that tall skyscrapers will take a toll on the nearby infrasrtucture is absurd - its THEIR responsibility to keep the infrastructure going and they pass on their incompetence  to rest of the indians by enforcing ridiculously low FSIs</description>
